Computing... Here I Come

Right.. I'm officially Computing!!!!! After a long & painful session of heavy discussion, I transferred mainly due to following reasons..

1. I want to do what I really like
2. I want to do what I'm really good at
3. I want to be a programmer
4. I hope to reach the stars in the future
5. I hope to learn things like web, security & stuff which I think that's so damn important to the field & those things are not taught in BIT

As for the BIT, I'm missing these,

1. A broader job opportunity
2. Organizational knowledge
3. A relatively easy final year project
4. A whole bunch of dearest of friends, who were very much like my family

I got e final decision.... & I hope that I won't regret it...

Just did the payment & I'm in Level 2, officially (even though heavens knows abt e results of the final sem).

New Batch code is HF05A1BIT... Saw the time table!! Freaky! All afternoon classes, ONLY 2 sessions per module per week!!!! That sounds crazy.

Fort Minor

Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park (the rapper) is donig his own album with a bunch of other rappers. The band is known as Fort Minor.

They've done 3 singles & 1 video where from their upcoming album, The Rising Tied.

Even though I'm a hardcore LP fan, I think this move of Mike's as extermely crappy!!!!! Esp the video, "Peterified" is shitty, even though, "Remember the Name" is kinda cool, n so is the other!! You can check em out here

But the worst damage is incurred to Mike's name as a very respectable rocker & a god of fusion music. He is the leading pioneer in the building of the unique culture that LP has built around themselves.... They BETTER NOT STOP LINKIN PARK!!!!!

Something cool which is new is the Personalised Home Page which is hyperlinked in my blog as My Google. It's your own RSS reader, which can be accessed from any computer you are connected to!!!. It even shows you headers of your gmail!!!. In add content > create new section > type gunith & it'll show you my site! Just click add to get e headers of my blog

I even saw in papers that Google teamed w Sun to come up w another Office package to compete w e Microsoft!!!!

My room!!!

My house is undergoing severe destruction/construction!!!! The dust is in the process of infecting my lymph nodes & screwing up my machine's circuits!!!!

My room, which has served me in protecting me at all occasions, despite of my ill-treatment towards it, is GONE!! FOREVER!!!!

Now, they are coming up with this new room for me, same place, but one level up! Most of walls are built but I need a roof for it, & e windows & doors too. Thinking of painting 3 walls blue & the other kinda bright yellow...

Can you give me some recommendations for nay cool add ons??
